I don't get to be apart of elopements very often, but I have to say that this style of wedding is one of my favourites. If you're looking to save yourself a lot of the stress, this might be a great option for you. It doesn't have to be a jet-set to Vegas or even a courthouse, (don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either of those options), these days, the elopement or even micro-wedding is such an appealing choice; you can have the all of wedding details you've always wanted but on a much smaller scale.
This elopement in particular was so incredibly stunning! It just doesn't get better than the feet of the Rocky Mountains, there's something about them... something magical. The mountains are one of my favourite places to shoot and I will jump through hoops to get to travel to the Rockies.
This amazing couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Canmore, Alberta. They had all the classic elements of a traditional wedding, a gorgeous cake, family and friends, a beautiful gown, just none of the pressure. What a gorgeous day, from the weather to the location and this couple to boot!? Just look at them, they are stunning! It was absolutely incredible to witness and be apart of. This whole day was full of love, and intimacy.
