Jayson & Brittany

Some weddings are all tradition and romance and whimsy. This wasn't it. This one was built for fun!! Jayson & Brittany were relaxed and easy-going and started the day with "icing" their partners wedding parties. Actually, the whole day was focused on the party aspect of the wedding. They did shots, sprayed champagne, made a quick trip to the bar and focused on joy. That even included a beer/shot boy rather than a flower girl (which personally is one of my favourite things!).

That's not to say that in the midst of all the fun, there weren't some incredibly touching moments too. Jayson and Brittany had been together for many years before finally deciding to get married. You could see the pride that their families had for them and hear it in the meaningful speeches they gave at the reception. They were so happy to finally see them take this step and seal their love for each other.

For me, the sweetest moment was the first dance, where they brought their toddler son onto the floor and included him too. What a great way to show the unity of their family. It was a really precious moment, you could see how loved he is by the two of them and how much they love one another.
